About Treeline Pack Co.

Treeline Pack Co. is an adventure dog training company based in Anchorage, Alaska dedicated to building dogs you can take anywhere.

Life in Alaska offers incredible opportunities to explore the outdoors with your dog. From hiking mountain trails to winter sports like canicross and skijoring, dogs can become true partners in adventure when they have the right training foundation.

At Treeline Pack Co., we help dog owners build reliable dogs through foundational obedience, off leash communication, and relationship-based training. Our programs focus on developing clear communication between dog and handler while creating the confidence and reliability needed for real world adventures.

Because the best dogs are not just obedient. They are partners.

Built on Partnership

Great training starts with a strong relationship between dog and handler.

At Treeline Pack Co., we focus on building that partnership through clear communication, play, and shared experiences. Our training approach is influenced by modern balanced training systems and the NePoPo methodology, emphasizing motivation, clarity, and accountability so dogs understand how to succeed.

The result is a dog that works with their owner willingly and confidently in the real world.

Real World Adventure Dogs

Many behavioral problems appear when dogs lack meaningful outlets for their energy and instincts.

Adventure based training helps solve that problem.

Our programs prepare dogs for real life outside the backyard, including hiking, trail running, canicross, and skijoring. By combining obedience training with real world environments, we help dogs develop the reliability and confidence needed to explore Alaska safely with their people.

Experience and Background

Treeline Pack Co. was founded by Cat, an AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator and FitDog instructor who has spent years studying and working with dogs across multiple disciplines.

Cat has trained under several professional trainers including Blue Phantom Dog Training in Utah, and has fostered more than 50 rescue dogs over the past fifteen years.

Her own pack includes a rescue American Bully named Meatball and two working beaucerons who train and compete in scent work, herding, and IGP. But first and foremost, they are adventure dogs, regularly hiking Alaska’s trails and training in activities like canicross and skijoring.

More Than Training

Treeline Pack Co. exists to build more than individual training programs. The goal is to create a community of dog owners who value responsible training, outdoor adventure, and strong relationships with their dogs.

Through training meetups, pack walks, and group hikes, we are building a pack of owners and dogs who train, explore, and grow together.

Because strong dogs are built through training.

But great dogs are built through training, adventure, and community.
